Paper Instructions: Each student is required to research an online retailer (e-tailer) and analyze the effectiveness of its business based on the following: 1. History/background 2. Revenue model 3. Target market (including whether it operates in the B2C or B2B space) 4. Design of site and electronic commerce system 5. Methods of online and offline promotion 6. Use of social media 7. Privacy/security policies The paper must include at least three (3) sources to support the report or proposal. A bibliography or reference page should accompany your paper. Your paper should be double spaced and 3 to 4 pages in length. Use standard margins (1”) and a 12-point standard font (Times and Arial are safe fonts). Important Notes: The company you choose should be something other than what’s been presented as a case study in the book. Please remember that if you use information taken directly (word-for-word) from a source, you must use quotation marks and cite the source in your text. If you paraphrase information, you do not need to use quotation marks. However, you still need to use an in-text citation.
